Director of Food & Beverage | ZEST Hotel & Resort IbizaIbiza, Spain | Pre-OpeningWe are looking for an exceptional Director of Food & Beverage to join the pre-opening leadership team at ZEST Hotel & Resort Ibiza , an exciting new five-star lifestyle resort launching in Ibiza.This is a significant opportunity for an experienced F&B; leader to help shape the food, beverage and entertainment experience of a new luxury destination from the ground up.About ZESTZEST Hotel & Resort Ibiza is a new five-star lifestyle destination set in the hills above San Antonio.With 206 keys, private villas, multiple destination restaurants and bars, wellness facilities and a general entertainment partnership , ZEST will combine luxury hospitality with the energy, creativity and social spirit for which Ibiza is renowned.The OpportunityReporting into the resort leadership team, the Director of Food & Beverage will take overall responsibility for the commercial and operational performance of the resort's F&B; operation.With oversight across restaurants, bars, and pool, in-room dining and events , you will build and lead a high-performing team while creating distinctive guest experiences for an international clientele.As part of the pre-opening team, you will also play an important role in bringing the ZEST F&B; concepts to life ahead of launch.Key responsibilities will include:Leading the overall F&B; strategy and day-to-day operation across the resortDriving revenue, profitability, cost control and payroll performanceWorking closely with the Executive Chef on food quality, presentation and concept deliveryLeading restaurant, bar, pool and events operationsDeveloping menus, pricing, beverage strategies and service standardsRecruiting, developing and inspiring an outstanding F&B; leadership and operational teamWorking collaboratively with Sales,



Marketing and Events to maximise commercial opportunitiesDelivering exceptional experiences for international, VIP and high-profile guestsCoordinating F&B; operations around pool parties, DJ sets, entertainment and promoter-led eventsSupporting pre-opening, seasonal mobilisation and operational readinessAbout YouWe are looking for a commercially minded, highly visible F&B; leader who understands how to combine luxury service, strong operational discipline and lifestyle hospitality .Ideally, you will bring:Senior F&B; leadership experience within a luxury resort, lifestyle hotel or complex multi-outlet operationA strong track record of leading successful restaurants and barsExcellent commercial understanding across revenue, payroll, purchasing and cost controlExperience recruiting, developing and leading large and diverse F&B; teamsStrong knowledge of contemporary restaurant, bar and beverage trendsExperience within a pre-opening or seasonal resort environment would be highly advantageousConfidence operating within a fast-paced, entertainment-led hospitality environmentFluent Spanish and EnglishValid EU work authorisation or the appropriate Spanish work permitThis role requires residency in Ibiza during the operating season .Why ZEST?This is an opportunity to join ZEST at the beginning of its journey and have a genuine influence on the F&B; identity of one of Ibiza's newest luxury lifestyle resorts.You will join an international hospitality team with the freedom to create, innovate and build an F&B; operation designed to become an integral part of the ZEST experience.Interested in shaping the next chapter of luxury lifestyle hospitality in Ibiza?
