Experteer Overview As Senior AI/ML Platform Engineer and Technical Lead, you will steer the AI/ML platform that powers intelligent capabilities across the organization. You’ll lead a team of engineers, setting objectives and ensuring high-quality, timely delivery. You will synchronize platform sub-functions with enterprise standards, collaborating with Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Governance teams to maintain governance. Your work shapes scalable, well-governed engineering that advances the company’s mission in science and technology. - Hands-on with LLM/API gateway tech (LiteLLM or comparable)
- Experience with multi-provider cloud AI platforms (Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock)
- Cloud-native experience on AWS/Azure (containers, secrets, databases, networking, load balancing)
- Production-grade Python backend development; Rust a plus
