families & the wider community- Lead and support the professional development of the Educators and Teachers, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.- Always ensure the safety and well-being of all children, following all policies and procedures.- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations.- Foster a positive and inclusive culture that promotes teamwork and respect for diversity- The Requirements:- ACECQA approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education or a related field.- WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, Police Check- Developed interpersonal skills to engage and work with a diverse range of stakeholders.- Have highly developed leadership skills, as well as prior experience leading a medium size, diverse & positive team culture.#J-18808-Ljbffr
