Lead Financial Excellence Across Belgium & Luxembourg

ManpowerGroup Belgium & Luxembourg is looking for a Head of Financial Controlling BeLux to lead financial reporting, governance, compliance and accounting activities across Belgium and Luxembourg. This is a senior leadership role within the European Finance organization, reporting to the Director Financial Controlling Europe.

You will lead a team of three Financial Controllers and act as the key finance expert for financial reporting, statutory accounting, controls, audits and compliance within an international matrix organization.

Your Responsibilities

- Lead all financial controlling and accounting activities for Belgium and Luxembourg
- Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
- Coordinate statutory reporting, audits and compliance requirements
- Maintain a strong internal control and SOX environment
- Partner with regional finance, tax, treasury and shared service teams
- Drive process improvements, standardization and finance transformation initiatives
- Lead and develop a team of Financial Controllers

What We're Looking For

- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration
- 10+ years of experience in Financial Controlling, Accounting, Audit or Controllership
- Proven leadership experience in an international environment
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, statutory accounting, audits and internal controls
- Experience working in a multinational matrix organization




- Big 4 experience is considered a strong advantage

Languages

- French: required
- English: required
- Dutch is a strong plus

Location

- Based in or between Brussels and Luxembourg
- Primary office location: Machelen
- Regular travel to Luxembourg
- Hybrid working model with approximately two days working from home
