What’s the Job?

As a

Kitchen Assistant at Quirat , our Michelin-starred gastronomic restaurant, you’ll support the kitchen team with preparation, mise en place, organization, and day-to-day operations. You’ll help ensure the kitchen is clean, well-organized, and ready for service, while learning and developing your skills in a high-end culinary environment.

Your day-to-day

Support the kitchen team with basic food preparation and mise en place. Assist with the preparation and organization of ingredients for service. Keep workstations, refrigerators, and kitchen areas clean and organized. Support the team during service as required, following instructions from the Chef and supervisors. Receive, store, and organize products according to food safety standards. Help control food usage and minimize waste. Assist with dishware, kitchen equipment,



and general kitchen organization. Follow food hygiene, safety, and sanitation procedures at all times. Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and support other departments when needed. Be ready to learn, grow, and contribute to a team committed to culinary excellence.

What We Need From You

Passion for gastronomy and an interest in developing a career in professional kitchens. Culinary studies or professional training in Gastronomy, Culinary Arts, or a similar field. Good organization, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Positive, proactive, and reliable attitude. EU passport or valid work permit to work in Spain.
