WHAT WILL YOU DO? We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks: Understand business objectives, processes and challenges and translate them into actionable technical requirements Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers and QA teams Gather requirements and facilitate stakeholder workshops Create user stories, process maps and supporting documentation Act as a liaison between business and technical teams Organise and facilitate sprint demos with stakeholders Support solution implementation, testing, training and business adoption activities Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation, performance and user experience

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Years' experience:

8 to 10 years English:

C1 Spanish: Native Bachelor degree or equivalent Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience supporting requirements gathering and process mapping Experience creating business requirements and user stories Ability to operate in an agile environment from discovery to delivery Ability to engage business,



operational and technical teams effectively
