What’s the Job?

As a Kitchen Assistant at Quirat , our Michelin-starred gastronomic restaurant, you’ll support the kitchen team with preparation, mise en place, organization, and day-to-day operations. You’ll help ensure the kitchen is clean, well-organized, and ready for service, while learning and developing your skills in a high-end culinary environment.

Your day-to-day

- Support the kitchen team with basic food preparation and mise en place.
- Assist with the preparation and organization of ingredients for service.
- Keep workstations, refrigerators, and kitchen areas clean and organized.
- Support the team during service as required, following instructions from the Chef and supervisors.
- Receive, store, and organize products according to food safety standards.
- Help control food usage and minimize waste.
- Assist with dishware, kitchen equipment,



and general kitchen organization.
- Follow food hygiene, safety, and sanitation procedures at all times.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and support other departments when needed.
- Be ready to learn, grow, and contribute to a team committed to culinary excellence.

What We Need From You

- Passion for gastronomy and an interest in developing a career in professional kitchens.
- Culinary studies or professional training in Gastronomy, Culinary Arts, or a similar field.
- Good organization, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, proactive, and reliable attitude.
- EU passport or valid work permit to work in Spain.
