Once the Insured makes a claim on their insurance policy, you will first investigate the claim in order to determine if the claim is legitimate and whether the policy covers the damage/loss.
The position can be performed remotely from mainland Spain only and will require site visits. We are open to receiving applications at senior levels (including Director).
Prepare reports commenting in detail on all aspects of the claim including legal and policy liability considerations, potential quantum and future actions.
Instruct and control surveyors, engineers, lawyers, forensic accountants and other experts as necessary.
Communicate regularly with all interested parties, calculating and approving interim payments, preparing interim reports and other communications.
Work closely with the team to develop the existing Property & Casualty business for current clients and identify and bring in new business, as well as build new relationships and networks both internally and externally.
Be an integral part to develop the London and European markets and CTA’s brand profile globally.
