At Qaracter, we're looking for a Functional Analyst with QA / Testing experience to join a technology team working on banking projects, ideally within Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) environments. You will act as a key link between business and technology, combining functional analysis with testing and supporting projects from requirements gathering through to production.

Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical development teams.
Follow and coordinate functional activities throughout the software development lifecycle.
Plan and support functional testing, QA, and UAT activities.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure solutions meet expected requirements and quality standards.
Support deployment and go-live activities, helping ensure a smooth transition into production.

✔️ 2+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, QA Analyst, or similar role .




~ Experience in software development projects, preferably within banking or financial services .
~ Experience with functional testing, QA, and/or UAT.
~ Experience working with business stakeholders and technical development teams.
~ Good understanding of the software delivery lifecycle, from requirements to production.
~ English level B2 or higher is highly valued.

⭐ Previous experience in Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) .
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
