An international employer based in Madrid, Spain is hiring a Account Executive to join their Polish-speaking team.

It's a target-driven role - good fit if you like building relationships and closing deals rather than just fielding inbound requests.

What you'd be doing:

- Build relationships with prospects from first contact through to close
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities
- Adjust approach based on what's working and what isn't
- Own a pipeline and report on progress against targets

What we're looking for:

- Fluent Polish, written and spoken
- Some prior customer-facing experience is a plus, though not essential
- Clear, professional communication style, written and verbal
- Reasonably tech-comfortable - happy learning new internal systems
