Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Airport Sales Assistant role based in Barcelona.

The Airport Sales

Assistant will welcome and assist travelers, provide product information, and deliver high-quality customer service to maximize sales and enhance the overall shopping experience. Day-to-day tasks include advising customers on consumer electronics, processing transactions, handling returns, and maintaining accurate cash handling procedures. The role also involves ensuring attractive product presentation, replenishing stock, keeping the store clean and organized,



and following company guidelines and airport security procedures.

The Airport Sales

Assistant will work closely with the team to achieve sales targets, support promotional activities, and contribute to a positive, inclusive work env ironment.

Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with a focus on creating a welcoming experience for diverse travelers.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to engage clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues.
- Sales skills and a goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Organization skills for managing merchandise, maintaining store standards, and handling multiple tasks in a busy airport environment.
- Ability to work versátil hours, mainly evenings, including weekends and holidays, in line with airport operations.
- Comfort with using POS systems and basic computer applications; experience in retail or travel retail is an advantage.

- Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are beneficial in an international airport setting.
- Eligibility to work on-site in Barcelona and willingness to comply with all airport security and operational requirements.
