Role Description The Bellman role is a full-time, on-site position based at Club Metropolis Madrid. The Bellman supports guests on arrival and departure by welcoming them, assisting with luggage, and escorting them to and from their rooms. Day-to-day tasks include providing information about the hotel, club facilities, and local attractions; coordinating with reception and concierge to ensure smooth check-in and check-out experiences; and responding promptly to guest requests.

The Bellman also helps manage the flow of guests in the lobby, maintains a tidy and organized entrance area, and supports safety and security procedures.



This position requires a strong customer-focused attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality service in a luxury environment.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear, courteous, and professional interaction with guests and colleagues.
- Excellent Customer Service abilities, with a focus on hospitality, problem-solving, and creating positive guest experiences.
- Experience with Receptionist Duties such as greeting guests, coordinating with front desk and concierge, and supporting check-in/check-out processes.
- Ability to safely and efficiently handle Luggage, including assisting guests with bags, organizing storage, and ensuring proper delivery to rooms.
- Capacity to participate in and support Training, including learning standard operating procedures and helping new team members adapt to service standards.
- Prior experience in hotels, private clubs, or luxury hospitality environments is highly beneficial.
- Professional appearance, reliability, and the ability to work versátil shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic proficiency in English and Spanish; additional languages are an advantage.
