We're looking for a Senior Architectural BIM Coordinator to own model quality and cross-discipline coordination across our luxury hospitality and residential projects. You'll bridge architecture, structural, and MEP teams — catching conflicts early, enforcing BIM standards, and keeping every project on schedule and buildable.

Responsibilities

- Develop, review, and maintain high-quality Revit models across architectural projects
- Implement and enforce project BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) aligned with ISO 19650
- Lead multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection using Navisworks Manage
- Manage project data within the Common Data Environment (Autodesk Construction Cloud), including folder structures, naming conventions, and version control
- Conduct systematic QA/QC reviews to ensure models are accurate, buildable, and coordinated
- Oversee creation of Revit families and maintain company templates and libraries
- Support and train team members on BIM workflows and standards
- Translate high-end design intent into coordinated, construction-ready BIM deliverables

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- 5-10 years of experience in architectural design, including low-rise residential/hospitality projects
- Advanced skills in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
- Deep technical expertise in BIM coordination and ISO 19650 frameworks




- Proven experience managing multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and buildability
- Professional English, written and spoken
- Portfolio required, demonstrating high-end architectural/technical work

Nice to Have

- Experience on ultra-luxury or bespoke architectural projects
- Exposure to international project standards
- Dynamo or computational design knowledge
- Experience with parametric family creation
- Understanding of sustainability frameworks
