Actively participate and organize networking events to enhance SHEIN visibility # Effectively recruit key brands and retailers that could provide a relevant assortment # run KPI cadence and business reviews, optimize assortment/inventory/content and ensure operational compliance, while leading cross-functional coordination and escalations. # Bachelor/master’s degree in management, business administration, engineering or marketing #5 years of business development experience at a leading e-commerce business, software company or services firm # Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills # Strong understanding of the Spain local marketplace landscape # Proficiency in Office, particularly in Excel # Fluency in Spainish and English.
