About the role

At Fersa, we are looking for a high-potential professional to join our team in Zaragoza and work closely with senior management on some of the key strategic priorities of our commercial organization.

This is a highly cross-functional role, combining business strategy, commercial analysis and execution. You will work closely with the CEO office and Sales teams across different markets, helping translate strategic priorities into concrete initiatives, supporting decision-making and ensuring effective execution.

The position offers significant exposure to senior management and an opportunity to understand how an international industrial business operates and grows.

What will you do?

- Commercial Strategy: Support the definition and deployment of commercial priorities, translating strategy into actionable plans across markets and regions.
- Business Analysis: Analyze markets, customers, sales performance, profitability and business opportunities to support management decision-making.
- Commercial Excellence: Help improve and standardize commercial processes, KPIs, reporting and ways of working across the organization.
- Strategic Projects: Lead and support high-impact initiatives related to growth, new markets, target accounts, pricing and other business priorities.
- Performance & Execution: Follow up key commercial initiatives and KPIs, identifying deviations and helping teams turn decisions into actions.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with Sales, Finance, Operations,



Marketing and other functions to ensure alignment and execution of business priorities.
- Management Support: Prepare analyses, business cases and recommendations for senior management on relevant commercial and strategic topics.

What are we looking for?
- Around 2–5 years of professional experience, ideally in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business development, commercial excellence or similar roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to structure complex problems and turn data into clear recommendations.
- Business-oriented mindset and genuine interest in understanding customers, markets and commercial performance.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with different functions and levels of the organization.
- High level of autonomy, initiative and ownership.
- Advanced English and Spanish, as the position has an international scope.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with data analytics and AI tools will be highly valued.
- Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Physics or another analytical discipline.
