Are you currently driving site feasibility, site selection, and investigator engagement activities in Clinical Research?

We're looking for a Clinical Research Lead (CRL) to play a strategic role in the successful delivery of clinical trials across Spain. You'll work closely with investigators and research sites, helping bring innovative therapies to patients by identifying high-performing centers, building lasting partnerships, and driving enrollment success.

What you'll do

- Lead site feasibility, identification, and selection activities
- Build and strengthen relationships with investigators and research institutions
- Drive site engagement strategies and support patient recruitment goals
- Monitor site performance and resolve operational challenges proactively
- Ensure GCP compliance and inspection readiness
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver study milestones

What we're looking for

✔ Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field





✔ 5+ years of experience in Clinical Research, Clinical Operations, or Clinical Trial Management

✔ At least 3 years of recent hands-on experience in:

- Site Feasibility
- Site Selection
- Site Engagement / Investigator Management

✔ Experience within a Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or CRO environment ✔ Strong knowledge of GCP and clinical trial processes

✔ Fluent English (C1+) and Spanish

✔ Availability to travel 50-75%
