Description and Location

We are looking for an experienced CMDB Application Developer & Reporting Specialist to join a global Digital Workplace organization. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining a centralized CMDB solution, ensuring data quality, automation, reporting excellence and governance across the IT environment.

? 100% On-site position (Getafe or Sevilla)

? English B2 level or higher is required

⚙️ Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop CMDB management applications and workflows.
- Create user-friendly interfaces for Configuration Item (CI) management.
- Integrate multiple data sources through APIs and connectors.
- Automate data collection, synchronization and validation processes.
- Define and maintain CMDB data models and CI relationships.
- Develop operational and executive dashboards.
- Implement KPI and SLA reporting frameworks.
- Monitor CMDB health, data quality and governance indicators.
- Support service mapping, discovery and asset management initiatives.
- Prepare technical documentation, user guides and governance procedures.

✅ Required Experience & Skills

- Minimum 3 years of experience in application development.
- Strong knowledge of database design and SQL.
- Experience with REST API integrations.
- Experience in data modelling and analytics.
- Experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Knowledge of KPI design and performance monitoring.




- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in international environments.
- Professional level of English.
