- Vorbereitung des Mise en Place für den täglichen Küchenbetrieb

- Zubereitung von Speisen nach den Standards und Vorgaben des Hotels

- Unterstützung der erfahrenen Köche auf den verschiedenen Küchenposten

- Kontrolle der Qualität und Präsentation der zubereiteten Speisen

- Einhaltung der Hygiene-, Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards

- Sachgerechte Lagerung und Verarbeitung von Lebensmitteln

- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Chef de Partie, Sous Chef und Küchenchef

- Support the kitchen team with the preparation and cooking of dishes

- Preparation of mise en place for daily kitchen operations

- Preparation of dishes according to hotel standards and guidelines

- Support experienced chefs across different kitchen sections

- Monitoring the quality and presentation of prepared dishes

- Compliance with hygiene, quality, and safety standards

- Proper storage and handling of food products

- Close cooperation with the Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, and Head Chef

Voraussetzungen

- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Koch/Köchin oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

- Du verfügst idealerweise über erste Berufserfahrung in der Gastronomie oder Hotellerie

- Du bist motiviert, Neues zu lernen und dich fachlich weiterzuentwickeln

- Du arbeitest zuverlässig, sorgfältig und teamorientiert





- Belastbarkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein gehören zu deinen Stärken

- Du verfügst über Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens Niveau B2

- Du bist EU-Bürger/in und berechtigt, in Spanien zu arbeiten

- You have completed vocational training as a chef or hold a comparable qualification

- Ideally, you have initial professional experience in gastronomy or the hotel industry

- You are motivated to learn new skills and develop professionally

- You work reliably, carefully, and as part of a team

- Resilience and a strong sense of responsibility are among your strengths

- You have German language skills at level B2 or higher

- You are an EU citizen and eligible to work in Spain
