The Connections Pastor is Alderwood's chief connector, a full-time member of the Ministry Leadership Team who helps people move from their first visit into real community and mission. The role oversees adult discipleship and groups, local and integral missions, and the ministries that care for the congregation, including Classic, senior adults, and Alderwood Español, along with the pastors, directors, and volunteers who serve them. It's a people-first leadership role built for someone warm and energetic who builds clear pathways for spiritual growth, multiplies healthy small groups, and mobilizes the church to serve locally and around the world.
