As Courier Operations Specialist, you will define how we measure the quality of our courier network, design and run the operational processes that protect it, and evolve those processes as regulation, markets and fraud patterns change. The scope spans courier onboarding and identity verification, network quality, and the detection of fraud and abuse across the supply side of our marketplace.

You will work closely with Legal on regulatory requirements, and with Product and Engineering to turn the processes that prove their value into platform features. The role suits someone who moves comfortably between analysing data and building the operational workflow that acts on it, and who is looking for clear ownership of an area rather than a defined queue of tasks.

- Own the operational metrics for courier network quality: define them, track them, report on them, and set data-driven targets.
- Design, run and continuously improve courier-side operational flows across onboarding, identity and document verification, network quality, and fraud and abuse detection including location spoofing, theft and the delivery of restricted goods such as alcohol.
- Track regulatory change across our markets and own the plan to close the gap between current practice and legal requirement, in partnership with Legal.
- Act as the internal reference point on network quality and compliance risk, flagging exposure before it reaches production.
- Investigate issues end to end: interrogate the data, establish root cause, and correct the process rather than the symptom.
- Build detection and verification workflows in no-code / low-code tools, then partner with Product and Engineering to scale the ones that prove out into platform features.




- Take on operational problems across the wider courier lifecycle as priorities demand — onboarding and activation, courier supply and capacity, cost and efficiency of the network.

- 2+ years in operations — marketplace, logistics, delivery, supply, support operations or compliance. Hands-on ownership of processes matters more to us than any specific domain.
- Experience working with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or SQL, and the confidence to independently find answers and solve problems using data.
- Working knowledge of no-code / low-code automation tools (e.g. n8n or equivalent) and spreadsheets.
- Fluency using AI tools in your day-to-day work, for both analysis and workflow building.
- Analytical rigour and attention to detail; a preference for getting to the bottom of things.
- Autonomy: you can take an ambiguous problem and run with it without close supervision.
- Adaptability as regulation, markets and priorities shift.
- Clear written and verbal communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Fluency in English; French or Polish is an advantage.

- Experience operating across multiple countries or regulatory environments.
- Exposure to quality, fraud, trust & safety or compliance workflows.
- A university degree in a quantitative or analytical field, or an equivalent track record.
