Choose Your Location & Compensation
We are hiring for two fantastic locations. Please indicate your preference during the application process:
- ? Madrid (Capital City): €22,800 gross base salary/year + €1,200 annual SRV bonus
- ?️ Valencia (Coastal City): €21,000 gross base salary/year + €1,200 annual SRV bonus
Schedule & Shifts
- Madrid Shift Profile: Rotational 8-hour blocks primarily focused on morning shifts (e.g., 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM), with an equal balance between morning and afternoon schedules over time.
- Valencia Shift Profile: Rotational 8-hour blocks primarily focused on afternoon shifts, maintaining an equal balance between morning and evening schedules.
- Training Period:
Mandatory attendance for a comprehensive onboarding training program (up to 5 weeks). Hours scale gradually from a 6-hour block up to an 8-hour block by the final week.
What You Will Do
- Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, or chat in both German and Spanish.
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently, maintaining a professional and helpful attitude.
- Navigate internal systems to log interactions and look up customer information.
- Collaborate with your team to meet daily service targets.
What We Are Looking For
- Language Skills: Professional fluency or native-level proficiency in both German and Spanish.
- Location/Work Model: Ability to work full-time on-site in either Madrid or Valencia.
- Eligibility: Must be an EU Citizen or hold a valid Spain residence/work permit (No visa sponsorship available).
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
