We're Hiring | Backend Software Engineer

Madrid (Hybrid – 50% Remote)

We're looking for a Backend Software Engineer to join an international team developing mission-critical software solutions for industrial automation.

What you'll do

Design, develop and maintain high-quality backend applications based on Java microservices .

Build scalable, event-driven architectures using technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ or ActiveMQ .

Work with PostgreSQL and Oracle databases.

Ensure code quality through automated testing and agile development practices.

Collaborate with multicultural teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Strong experience with Java (JDK 8+/17) .





Hands-on experience with microservices and distributed architectures.

Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ or ActiveMQ .

Knowledge of PostgreSQL , Oracle , Docker and Linux .

Experience with automated testing and Scrum methodologies.

Fluent English.

Nice to have

OpenShift, AWS or Azure.

Reactive or functional programming.

JDK 17 experience.
