As Product

Engineer, you will play a key role in bridging engineering, market needs, and stakeholder relationships. Contribute to the design and implementation of our pilot plant for semitransparent solar cell production Gather and translate market requirements into actionable product specifications Liaise directly with suppliers and clients , building and maintaining strong professional relationships Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and commercial teams to ensure product goals are met on time and on budget Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape in the solar/photovoltaic sector Support the definition of product roadmaps aligned with company strategy, as well as with the writing and presentation of project reports Ensure quality standards and technical feasibility throughout the product lifecycle What We're Looking For Engineering background (Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering,
