Engineer, you will play a key role in bridging engineering, market needs, and stakeholder relationships. Contribute to the design and implementation of our pilot plant for semitransparent solar cell production Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, production,



and commercial teams to ensure product goals are met on time and on budget Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape in the solar/photovoltaic sector Support the definition of product roadmaps aligned with company strategy, as well as with the writing and presentation of project reports Ensure quality standards and technical feasibility throughout the product lifecycle Engineering background (Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field) with +3 years experience Additional training or education in business management will be highly valued Familiarity with market requirements analysis , ideally within the solar cell / photovoltaic industry English (professional working proficiency) Catalan and Spanish fluency will be a plus Opportunity to work on groundbreaking solar technology with real-world environmental impact Professional growth and development opportunities within a scaling company Versátil working arrangements Apply now and help us power the future of solar energy!
