In the role of Head of Enterprise Fraud Governance, you will work closely with Financial Crime and Fraud teams, contributing to key business priorities and continuously improving how we serve our customers.

You’ll make an impact each day by:

- Lead the planning and coordination of the Enterprise Fraud Forum, shaping agendas, papers, and decision pathways that support effective governance and strategic outcomes.
- Drive the governance rhythm of the Forum, ensuring seamless management of meeting packs, minutes, action registers, key dependencies, decisions, and escalations.
- Monitor and enhance governance effectiveness through meaningful performance metrics, including decision quality, action delivery, stakeholder engagement, and overall outcomes.
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to the Executive, Fraud Governance, identifying opportunities to strengthen governance practices and drive continuous improvement.

What you'll bring

- Significant senior-level experience in governance, risk, compliance, legal, operational, or professional services environments.




- Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide forums, strategic programs, portfolios, or complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Proven ability to deliver complex regulatory, risk, governance, or remediation programs within large and dynamic organisations.
- Strong executive stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing decision-making and leading teams through complexity, ambiguity, and change.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
