WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
At least 3/4 years of experience in IT within a large enterprise environment
3–4 years of hands-on experience in troubleshooting, packet capture, and configuration of network and security devices
Solid experience with: WAN, LAN, WLAN
VPN and Remote Access solutions
Firewalls (configuration and troubleshooting), Palo Alto preferred.
Internet Proxies, load balancers, data centers ( Cisco ACI preferred).
Strong troubleshooting skills for complex network and security incidents (L2 support)
Experience working with network monitoring and management tools
Good understanding of network security concepts (DMZs, VLANs, partner connections, etc.)
Familiarity with corporate security standards , Computer Systems Validation & Compliance rules , and internal IT processes
Ability to lead cross-functional technical task forces and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a problem-solving attitude
Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written); any additional language is a plus
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Provide second-level technical support for Network and Security Services, including: WAN, LAN, WLAN, VLAN
DMZs and partner connections
Firewalls, Internet Proxies, Remote Access and VPN
Perform advanced troubleshooting and packet capture analysis to resolve complex incidents
Prepare and document incident reports , ensuring proper escalation and follow-up until resolution
Lead infrastructure cross-functional task forces for troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and service improvement initiatives
Conduct proactive monitoring of network and security infrastructure, using available tools to: Identify trends and recurring issues
Detect and resolve events before they impact users
Contribute to problem analysis and continuous improvement of network and security services
Ensure that operational tickets and projects comply with: Corporate security standards
Computer Systems Validation & Compliance rules
Internal working instructions and standard processes
Collaborate closely with other IT teams and stakeholders to ensure service reliability and performance
