What You'll Do:Criteo’s Ops Strategy & Enablement team acts as the strategic enabler that turns business priorities and product innovation into scalable, efficient, and client-centric execution for our SCO organization in the Performance Media business.What you’ll doLead, coach, and coordinate the Ops Enablement team, providing clear priorities, guidance, and support to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.Track and measure progress, adoption, and impact of enablement initiatives, using data and qualitative feedback to adjust priorities and improve outcomes.Who You Are:5+ years of experience in AdTech, digital advertising, programmatic, or a related technology-enabled environment.Demonstrated leadership experience through people management, team leadership, project leadership, mentoring, or coaching. Previous direct people management experience is a plus but not required.Strong project and initiative management skills, with a practical and delivery-oriented approach.Able to translate complex processes, product changes,



or business requirements into simple and actionable guidance.Comfortable working with data and feedback to identify gaps, monitor adoption, and improve the effectiveness of enablement activities.Strong communicator in English, both written and verbal.Criteo helps businesses turn shopper signals into commerce outcomes while delivering more relevant experiences for shoppers.
