At R&C; Sports Events Logistics, we are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our Barcelona team and become a key part of our next stage of growth.

We operate in international logistics, motorsport, sports, events and time-critical operations, where things move fast, plans change and problems need to be solved immediately.

For this reason, we are looking for someone who is, above all, a strong problem solver, highly independent and comfortable taking ownership and making decisions.

What we are looking for • Based in Barcelona or surrounding area

- Strong experience in international logistics / freight forwarding
- Knowledge of customs, import & export procedures
- Experience with ATA Carnets and temporary import/export
- Good understanding of AWBs, Bills of Lading and shipping/customs documentation
- Experience with air freight, sea freight and international trucking
- Comfortable managing urgent and time-critical shipments
- Events, motorsport, sports or project logistics experience is a strong advantage
- Professional level of English and Spanish
- Available to travel internationally when required The profile we really want We are not looking for someone who needs to be told what to do at every step.

We want someone who can receive a project, take ownership of it and make it happen.





Someone who, when something goes wrong at 7 PM before an important delivery, doesn't simply report the problem — they start looking for solutions.

You should be comfortable contacting suppliers, negotiating alternatives, changing routes, coordinating customs, finding emergency transport and making operational decisions independently.

You should be

Independent. Resourceful. Fast. Organized. Responsible. Commercially minded.

And most importantly: a problem solver.

Beyond operations We also want someone with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Someone interested in improving processes, finding better suppliers and solutions, controlling costs and margins, identifying inefficiencies and helping us develop new projects, services and business opportunities.

R&C; is a specialized and growing company, so this is not intended to be just another Operations Manager position.
