We combine creativity, strategy, data, technology and production to create connected experiences that generate meaningful impact for brands and consumers. ✔️ Your role at Cheil: Operations Lead ✔️ We are looking for an Operations Lead to oversee the creative operations of the Samsung Europe account at Cheil Spain. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of Project Managers, Video Editors and Visual Designers responsible for delivering a high volume of creative assets across European markets.

This is a hands-on and highly versatile role for someone who can combine operational leadership with a strong understanding of project management, design and video production as well as creative vision. ✔️ Define clear workflows, production steps, responsibilities and delivery timelines for each project. Coordinate the different production areas to ensure a smooth workflow from briefing to final delivery. Anticipate peaks and bottlenecks and take proactive action to keep projects moving efficiently.

Push the team for creative excellency and ensure that deliverables meet client expectations, brand guidelines and agreed quality standards. Maintain clear communication with the client, internal stakeholders and production teams. Proven experience leading creative operations, production or multidisciplinary teams in an agency or high-volume digital environment.

Strong background in project management and creative production workflows. Solid understanding of visual design,



digital content production and video editing processes. Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

Demonstrated experience in capacity planning, workload management and resource allocation. Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder-management skills. High attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivery quality.

Fluent

English is mandatory, as the role involves daily collaboration with international teams and stakeholders across Europe. ✔️ High-level English proficiency (C2 or equivalent) , both written and spoken. The role requires daily interaction with international stakeholders and the ability to lead meetings and presentations confidently in English. High-level Spanish proficiency (C2 or equivalent) , with the ability to work effectively with local teams and stakeholders. ✔️ Knowledge of Samsung’s brand ecosystem or experience working with global technology brands.

Familiarity with project-management and resource-planning tools such as Jira. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and the technical requirements of visual and video production.

Experience with Agile methodologies and process-automation tools. Work in a growing environment, focused on creating and innovating with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams in Creativity, Digital Performance, Retail, Data and Technology. ✍️Permanent contract because we want you to be part of Cheil and be able to develop with us.
