Key Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality back-office support for our Gaming & Esports platform users in Polish.
- Monitor and manage account integrity and platform security, ensuring a safe environment for all players.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve gaming-related technical inquiries.
- Analyze player data and trends to improve overall service efficiency and customer experience.

- Native or fluent Polish (spoken and written).
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
- Previous experience in administrative, back-office, or customer support roles is highly preferred.
