As a Multinational Service Specialist, you will support the lifecycle of multinational insurance programmes—from quote and bind to policy servicing and cashflow management. You’ll collaborate with underwriters, general teams, and brokers to ensure compliant, timely delivery. The role blends client servicing with regulatory awareness in a hybrid Madrid setting. You’ll help improve processes and data quality while mentoring colleagues, contributing to QBE’s ambition to be a leading risk partner.

• Support the implementation and servicing of multinational programmes in line with business plans
• Collaborate with underwriters and internal teams to ensure seamless programme delivery
• Prepare and manage documentation for new and renewal cases, mid-term changes, and local underwriting input
• Advise underwriters on local servicing costs, taxes, tariffs, and retentions to support accurate pricing
• Issue clear instructions to servicing offices and manage policy schedules and reinsurance slips
• Monitor payments and collections to maintain a healthy cash position




• Use appropriate tools to calculate and allocate taxes across premium distributions
• Track and analyse programme performance, escalating issues as needed
• Maintain data quality across systems and ensure compliance with service standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support audits and peer reviews
• Act as a buddy to less experienced colleagues, sharing knowledge and best practice

Responsabilidades
• Experience in servicing multinational insurance programmes within general insurance
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Good understanding of territorial insurance regulations and best practice methodologies
• Excellent communication skills—confident, clear, and collaborative
• Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail with a proactive mindset
• Comfortable using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
