Experteer Overview
In this role you will act as a key finance partner for operational leaders across Europe, guiding financial planning, performance tracking and strategic decisions. You will combine operational controlling with financial analysis to support a fast-paced, international business. You’ll drive monthly closes, budgeting and forecasting, and provide insights to optimize costs in Sales, Production and Transport. This is an opportunity to shape financial decisions in a leading European e-commerce group.

• Manage monthly close, budgeting and forecasting for your scope
• Prepare recurring financial reports, dashboards and management presentations
• Monitor operating expenses and headcount costs across Sales Production activities
• Partner with senior business leaders to provide financial insights for decision-making
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of financial data and reporting
• Perform cost and variance analyses for Transport (Southern Europe)
• Identify cost optimisation opportunities and propose improvements




• Support budget and forecast updates across multiple entities
• Challenge assumptions and highlight financial risks/opportunities
• Collaborate with Finance and operational stakeholders across Europe

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Financial Controlling, Management Control or Audit
• Strong knowledge of closing, budgeting and forecasting processes
• Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced international environment
• Fluent in English
