In this Contract Senior Sales Recruiter role you partner with TraceLink’s Sales Talent Acquisition Team to source, assess, and close top-tier sales and marketing talent. You will shape the recruiting strategy for Account Managers, Sales Executives, Sales Directors and Marketing roles to support rapid expansion. You’ll build proactive pipelines and manage end-to-end hiring with speed and quality, balancing business needs with candidate fit. This position offers visibility, cross-functional collaboration, and the opportunity to impact TraceLink’s growth in global markets. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and HR to ensure compelling offers and a strong offer-to-fill rate.

• Define TA strategy for Sales, Marketing, and Presales roles
• Build LinkedIn campaigns to attract top-tier talent
• Develop pipelines of qualified candidates for open positions
• Qualify and interview candidates across Sales, Market Development, Presales, and Marketing
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to align on business needs
• Drive high-quality candidates through the recruitment process
• Own the offer process and recommend competitive offers to maintain offer-to-fill rate
• Support other orgs with recruitment as workload requires
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of software sales recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for ERP, CRM, SCM, Integration, or similar complex software
• Experience recruiting for Account Managers and Sales Executives from entry to director levels
• Experience hiring in different European countries; APAC hiring is a plus
• Proven headhunting ability with LinkedIn Recruiter
• Creative sourcing using LinkedIn, networking, and cold outreach
• Experience with corporate recruitment systems (Greenhouse)
• Strong written and verbal communication
