Experteer Overview In this Analytics Engineer I role within Data Enablement, you will help govern Glovo's core data tools and automate processes to keep data trustworthy and accessible. You will mentor interns, collaborate with senior engineers and stakeholders, and contribute to a growing data platform that enables cross-functional teams. Your work will focus on governance, automation, and enabling self-serve data access, with a clear path toward more independent data product ownership. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of data quality, tooling, and AI-enabled analytics, in a fast-paced, mission-driven company. Compensaciones / Ventajas • Maintain and govern core data tools (e.g., Looker) and enforce governance standards across the company • Automate manual data processes using LLMs, n8n, Make,



and API/MCP connections • Monitor GCP infrastructure usage and costs; help define governance for cloud resources • Advance Looker towards conversational analytics to broaden accessibility for non-technical users • Enhance Data Support self-serve experience to reduce ticket-based questions • Identify and propose improvements to data consumption and support • Mentor and delegate tasks to 3 interns, providing feedback as responsibilities grow • Collaborate with senior Data Engineers and stakeholders across business areas Responsabilidades • 2-3 years in Analytics Engineering, Data Analytics, BI, Data Engineering or similar • Strong SQL to write, debug and optimize queries • Working Python for data analysis, automation and workflow improvements • Hands-on Git/GitHub experience and collaborative engineering practices • Experience with LLMs and automation tools (n8n, Make, APIs) • Ambitious, independent mindset; capable of owning well-scoped tasks and growing toward end-to-end ownership • English proficiency with ability to explain technical topics to various audiences Requisitos principales • private health insurance • meal benefits • discounts on transportation and other perks • discounted gym memberships • remote work 2 days a week • online therapy and wellbeing benefits
