Experteer Overview
In this role you lead Roche's Developer Intelligence team to deliver AI-enhanced tools that accelerate software delivery. You will own the product lifecycle, set priorities, and remove impediments to produce high-quality software for a globally distributed enterprise. You collaborate with Product Managers to shape roadmaps and measure impact with data-driven metrics. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead the Developer Intelligence team in delivering foundational AI-enabled tooling for Roche developers
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from feature requests to deployment and maintenance
• Set technical focus, priorities, and remove impediments to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
• Drive team capability development and align growth with engineering goals
• Foster psychological safety and sustainable team dynamics
• Collaborate with Product Managers to co-create technical roadmaps and manage stakeholders




• Define success metrics and analyze performance data to optimize processes and efficiency

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in people leadership, product/service management, or similar roles with a track record of building high-performing teams
• Deep familiarity with enterprise-grade AI software development and modern platform engineering
• Lean, agile mindset with ability to navigate complexity and drive innovation through servant leadership
• Strong business acumen and ability to turn user feedback into scalable platform features
• Experience guiding tools from POC to large-scale deployment and ongoing lifecycle management
• Experience managing platform reliability and meeting SLAs for heterogeneous, global customers
• Solid understanding of software and product development methodologies
