Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead complex restructuring engagements within FTI Consulting's Corporate Finance practice in Madrid. You will work with debtors, creditors and other stakeholders to address liquidity, leverage and performance challenges, shaping advice and deliverables. You’ll grow through structured development programs and a dedicated coach, while driving client engagement and business development. The role combines leadership of project teams with direct client exposure in a high-impact, collaborative environment.

• Manage day-to-day project work including engagement scoping, timeline and budget adherence
• Lead and mentor junior team members, coaching to resolve issues and deliver high-quality outputs
• Coordinate with external stakeholders and lead client communications on progress and findings
• Take ownership of delivering substantial portions of client deliverables
• Drive business development activities such as client relationship building, pitches and thought leadership
• Contribute to training, coaching and on-the-job development for team members
Responsabilidades
• Several years of relevant restructuring/turnaround corporate finance experience
• Experience managing teams and delivering advisory work
• Strong report writing and presentation skills to clients and senior stakeholders
• Background in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance with financial modeling capabilities
• Proven ability todevelop professional networks in the Spanish restructuring market
• Experience in client-facing engagements and cross-functional collaboration
• Native Spanish and fluent English
