Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess to join an 80m + private, Med based, M/Y.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and experienced Chief Stewardess looking to lead a well-established team on a prestigious private yacht. The adecuado candidate will be a hands-on leader who takes pride in delivering exceptional standards of service, housekeeping and guest care, while creating a positive and supportive working environment for the interior team. Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chief Stewardess on yachts 70m+. Proven experience managing and mentoring a large interior team..



Highly organised with excellent administration and time management skills. Previous shipyard or refit experience is advantageous. Strong knowledge of wine, cocktails, floristry and luxury hospitality. Experience with interior management systems such as Pinpoint Works and Microsoft Office is essential. A calm, approachable and professional leader with excellent communication skills. They are offering a time-for-time rotational schedule, a competitive salary and bonus scheme.
