Previous Restaurant Manager experience within a luxury, high-end or premium hospitality environment. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate, develop and inspire a diverse team. A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.



The confidence to build strong relationships with guests and create a highly personalised service experience. Strong operational knowledge and the ability to maintain consistently high standards in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail and a hands-on approach to service. Good wine and beverage knowledge. The ability to remain calm, organised and solutions-focused under pressure. A high level of spoken and written English. Spanish would be an advantage. A collaborative leadership style and the ability to work effectively with other departments.
