The Role We are seeking a

Strategy & Operations Director – Life Sciences (Iberia)

to

lead and scale

our Life Sciences practice across the region. You will work with top‑tier

pharmaceutical, biotech, and medtech

companies on

high‑impact local and international engagements .

This role includes leading

end‑to‑end complex projects

with senior stakeholders, serving as a

trusted advisor

on strategic, access, commercial, and transformation topics, driving

business development , expanding key accounts,

building and developing high‑performing teams , and contributing to the

strategic growth and positioning

of the practice in Iberia in close collaboration with global teams.

Key Responsibilities Client & Project Leadership

Lead and oversee

complex, high‑impact consulting engagements

across the Life Sciences value chain.

Act as a

trusted advisor

to

C‑level and senior executives , ensuring excellence in execution, quality of deliverables, and tangible value creation.

Business Development

Drive





opportunity identification , proposal development, and expansion of client relationships.

Contribute to the

design and execution

of the Iberia Life Sciences growth strategy.

Build and strengthen long‑term partnerships with key accounts.

People & Practice Development

Lead, mentor, and develop

high‑performing consulting teams .

12+ years of professional experience

in top‑tier consulting or equivalent strategic roles within Life Sciences.

Proven track record in

leading complex projects , managing teams, and developing client relationships.

Strong expertise across

pharma, biotech, medtech , or related fields.

Demonstrated success in

business development

and revenue growth.





Strong analytical, strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.

University degree required;

MBA or advanced degree preferred .

Fluent in English and Spanish ; additional languages are an advantage.
