Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join a Dutch company based in Madrid. The adecuado candidate will have broad experience across different areas of Human Resources and will work closely with international teams, including stakeholders in the Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support a wide range of HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Support performance management, employee relations, training, and development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable legislation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and support recruitment processes when required.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders in the Netherlands.




- Prepare HR reports and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR procedures.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources , preferably in a generalist role.
- Dutch nationality is mandatory.
- Fluency in Dutch and a good command of English.
- Solid knowledge of general HR processes and employment practices.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in an international environment.
