About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented
Talent Acquisition Specialist
with
3 to 5 years of recruitment experience
to join our growing team in
Valencia . The ideal candidate will have experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes, sourcing top talent for a variety of roles, and delivering excellent candidate experience. Fluency in both
English and Spanish
is essential, as you will support an international and multicultural environment. Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Draft and publish job postings across relevant platforms and manage candidate pipelines. Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct sourcing. Conduct candidate interviews and assess skills, experience, motivation, and cultural fit. Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and interview panels. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Partner with HR and hiring managers to continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate attraction strategies.
Stay informed about market trends, talent availability, and recruitment best practices. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of professional recruitment experience , preferably in a fast-paced or technology-driven environment. Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes independently. Strong sourcing and talent attraction skills, including proactive search techniques. Excellent interview and candidate assessment capabilities. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and prioritize effectively. Experience using ATS and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter. Fluent in
English and Spanish , both written and spoken. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Must be based in
Valencia
or willing to relocate, as this is an
