We are seeking a HR Specialist to join our team and support the full employee lifecycle. This role requires a professional who can handle various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations and training. The adecuado candidate will be a strategic partner to management, ensuring HR initiatives align with business objectives while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
HR Specialist responsibilities include:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process: from job posting and candidate screening to conducting interviews and facilitating onboarding for new hires. Administrate employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies. Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance on conflict resolution and performance management. Develop and deliver training programs.
