We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join Fever with outstanding software development talent proven by great work results/experience. Somebody that cares about code quality and not just get things done, but get things done right.
Lead and execute large‑scale engineering projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and technical excellence.
Ensure best practices, code quality, and development efficiency through reviews and technical leadership.
Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to keep the company at the forefront of engineering advancements.
You will understand Fever’s business, long term vision and short term strategy
You will continue creating production grade solutions to handle high levels of traffic and supporting future requirements,



while keeping Fever’s stack at the top of industry standard for quality and efficiency.
You will mentor other senior team members through code reviews, sessions of architecture design and pair programming.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
~8+ years in software engineering roles within agile environments, including 3+ years in technical leadership.
~ Strong knowledge of design patterns, best practices, testing, and distributed systems.
~ Experience designing scalable systems, networking, resilience, and migrating monoliths to microservices.
~ Ability to deliver code from development to production while ensuring high-quality engineering solutions.
~ Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).

We use these technologies, so it would be a plus if you have experience in:
Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI)
PostgreSQL, DynamoDB or Redis.
Kafka (and still some RabbitMQ)
AWS, Docker, Kubernetes and Terraform.
