Your key responsibilities include:

Maintaining green spaces, landscaping, and all outdoor areas

Cleaning, servicing, and monitoring our pool and its technical systems

Carrying out general craft repairs and technical building maintenance

Coordinating, scheduling, and supervising external service providers and craft businesses

Managing and caring for our company vehicle fleet

Handling minor assembly, setup, and transport tasks across our sites

Monitoring safety, order, cleanliness,



and maintenance intervals across our facilities

Supporting renovations, conversions, and local infrastructure projects

What you bring to the role:

A completed vocational craft training or comparable practical work experience

Strong manual dexterity, technical understanding, and a hands-on mindset

A structured, independent, and reliable approach to daily tasks

Friendly and professional communication with colleagues and external partners

A valid Class B driving license

Good German language skills, along with Spanish language proficiency
