Experteer Overview In this role, you will redesign and test payment structures for Glovo’s riders, aiming to boost engagement and optimize operational investment. You’ll combine data analysis, modeling, and experimentation to shape a scalable, fair courier payment framework across markets. You will work closely with Integral Logistics to impact key metrics that drive efficiency and rider satisfaction. This is a data-driven, impact-focused position in a high-growth environment with a strong emphasis on practical experimentation. You will help define compensation strategies that align with the company’s mission of fast, reliable delivery at scale.
