Experteer Overview
In this role you will own Factorial’s Identity u0026amp; Access Management architecture, designing and automating a scalable, secure identity ecosystem to support rapid growth. You’ll collaborate with Legal, Security and Infrastructure to align access governance and drive automation across onboarding waves. You’ll apply AI and agile methods to streamline operations and reduce manual tasks. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced, hybrid Barcelona tech team with a clear impact on security, scalability, and efficiency.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Design and manage identity architecture, including user identities, roles, and access controls
• Build and maintain automated provisioning/deprovisioning workflows for large onboarding volumes
• Serve as the bridge between Legal, Security and Infrastructure to align access governance
• Leverage AI and modern integrations to optimize workflows and reduce manual tickets




• Collaborate with Support and Systems teams to ensure smooth application access and SSO lifecycle management

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years in IT Systems, Cloud Infrastructure or IAM environments
• IAM core knowledge: governance, provisioning, lifecycle management, and directory structures
• Experience in fast-paced or hypergrowth environments with high-volume onboarding
• Familiarity with automated SaaS management tools, Agile methodologies, and AI tools (e.g., YepCode)
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with legal, security, auditors and engineers
• Desire to build clean, scalable cloud solutions with minimal legacy debt
