Experteer Overview
In this role you will operate and continuously improve Straumann Group’s electronic Quality Management System (eQMS). You’ll work across Quality, IT, site teams, and external partners to ensure a compliant, user-friendly platform. You’ll handle global support, lifecycle activities, validation, training, and data governance while contributing to global rollouts and enhancements. You will help shape how quality processes scale and how people use the system to deliver reliable, regulated outcomes.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Provide global support for eQMS users and stakeholders, resolving incidents and service requests
• Maintain system data, content, configurations, and routine checks
• Define user requirements and maintain validation documentation (URs, test scripts, traceability)
• Plan and execute user acceptance testing; keep eQMS validated
• Coordinate testing, validation, deployment, and checks for enhancements and releases
• Develop training materials, user docs, and self-service resources
• Support global module rollouts across readiness, testing, migration,



training, go-live, and post-go-live
• Capture user feedback and translate needs into system/content improvements
• Communicate priorities, timelines, risks, and dependencies to global stakeholders

Responsabilidades
• University degree or equivalent in Quality, Engineering, IT or related discipline
• At least three years of relevant experience
• Experience with electronic Quality Management Systems or regulated digital platforms
• Experience with computerized system validation and testing methods
• Experience supporting users in an international environment
• Knowledge of eQMS processes (Document Control, Training Management, Nonconformance, CAPA, Change Management, Audit Management, Design Control, Complaints)
• Understanding of workflows, access concepts, electronic records, audit trails, and system dependencies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluent English
