Experteer Overview
As a Junior Privacy Counsel at Glovo, you will support the Global Data Protection Team in safeguarding privacy while enabling business growth. You’ll provide proactive legal guidance on data protection across the group, shaping privacy programs and controls. You’ll work cross-functionally to address GDPR matters, data mapping, DPIAs, and DPAs, and contribute to AI governance and regulatory compliance. This is a hands-on role with meaningful impact on products, partnerships, and risk management.

• Provide legal advice on data protection under GDPR and integral frameworks
• Draft and negotiate DPAs and intra-group data transfer agreements
• Conduct privacy due diligence for third-party onboarding and Mu0026A contexts
• Support data mapping, DPIAs, and documentation of processing activities
• Develop and maintain global privacy policies, notices, and procedures
• Assist in privacy maturity audits and remediation reporting




• Manage investigations or proceedings with data protection authorities and mitigation plans
• Monitor AI governance developments and contribute to governance frameworks

Responsabilidades
• 1–2 years of experience in data protection/privacy or related areas
• Bachelor or comparable degree in law
• IAPP CIPP/E, CIPM, TÜV DPO or equivalent is a plus
• Excellent English; Polish, Spanish or German a plus
• Experience advising online tech companies and data-driven businesses across jurisdictions a plus
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
