A private company operating within the construction and technical services sector is currently seeking a dedicated Retail Sales Representative to join its local showroom team. In this full-time role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for retail customers, professionals, and contractors, ensuring each client receives attentive service, expert guidance, and tailored solutions for building materials.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will center on customer service, store presentation, and commercial administration:

- Welcoming customers, understanding their project requirements, and advising them on the right building materials.
- Building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships to foster long-term customer loyalty.
- Preparing detailed commercial quotations and budgets based on client specifications.
- Managing and tracking customer orders from initial placement through to successful delivery.
- Resolving customer issues, claims, and daily incidents with efficiency and a solution-oriented attitude.
- Ensuring the showroom display remains modern, organized, well-stocked, and visually attractive at all times.

To succeed in this position,



you should bring a solid foundation in customer-facing sales:

- A minimum of 6 months of professional experience in a commercial or retail sales environment.
- Confident user-level skills in office software and IT tools, or experience using commercial management software.
- Excellent verbal communication, active listening skills, and a clear customer-first approach.
- Proactive organizational skills to manage quotes, orders, and showroom upkeep simultaneously.
- Knowledge of additional languages is considered a valuable plus for working in Palma.

This position offers structured working conditions and contractual stability in Palma:

- A permanent contract (contrato fijo) offering long-term stability on Mallorca.
- A full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, working from 09:00 to 14:00 and 15:00 to 18:00, allowing you to keep your weekends free.
- A gross annual salary between 22,000 EUR and 23,000 EUR, paid in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement for the construction sector.
- A collaborative work environment within an established company in the construction and technical services industry.
