We are looking for an IT Support Technician to provide on-site end-user support and help maintain the smooth operation of IT services. The role combines troubleshooting, hardware and device management, and collaboration with technical teams to deliver effective support within a Microsoft 365 and Windows environment.

- Provide on-site IT support for end users, helping to resolve incidents, support workplace technology, and maintain a positive user experience.
- Support Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
- Manage hardware and end-user devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents.
- Deliver support through effective communication and customer service.
